White Paper: 3 Keys to a Smart Website

How Leading Not-for-Profits are Driving Online Engagement with a More Personalised and Relevant Web Experience.

Your constituents are more sophisticated and informed than ever before: a one-size-fits-all website with static content just won’t work for them anymore. They want the information, resources, and services that speak to their particular needs and interests. And, they want self-service options that are easy-to-use and can save them time. In this fast-paced, competitive environment, a customised website is crucial to attracting new constituents and maintaining the loyalty of your current base.

Our White Paper, "3 Keys to a Smart Website: How Leading Not-for-Profits are Driving Online Engagement with a More Personalised and Relevant Web Experience", provides case study vignettes of three not-for-profits that successfully created “smart” websites to strengthen the relationship with their constituents. In it, you’ll learn strategies to:
* Combine the power of CRM with CMS to create dynamic websites that will keep your current members, donors and other constituents engaged and help attract new ones
* Deliver convenient e-commerce and self-service options that empower your constituents, while increasing staff productivity
* Create vibrant, private online communities that offer the resources constituents can’t find elsewhere—thereby driving home the value of membership/supporting your organisation
